Banks Lake at the edge of Lakeland's western city limits on GA 122 (ED Rivers Memorial Highway) is open to the visitors seven-days-a-week.


The Banks Lake concession store, "Banks Lake Outdoors", is open Thursday - Sunday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • The city has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.0 km2), of which, 3.1 square miles (8.0 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (1.28%) is water.
  • Lakeland is located at 31°2′21″N 83°4′13″W (31.039214, -83.070397)
